This is a two bedroom, two bath condominum, fully equipped. There is one queen bed,
two twin beds and a queen sofa bed.

Falcon Point is a 58 unit condominium resort located at 340 Benchmark Road,
in Avon, Colorado, at the foot of Beaver Creek Ski Area in the Vail Valley.
The five story building borders Nottingham Park and Lake, one block from
the Avon Recreation Center, and is minutes from the excitement of Vail
Village.
Amenities include a clubhouse, heated swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot
tubs, sauna, men's and women's changing rooms, ski lockers, and coin
operated laundry. There are sport items, videos, and games available
for check out at the front desk. Gas barbecues are available for your use.
The building has an elevator and underground parking.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including an oven/range, microwave, full
size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Each unit has a full complement of
dishware, glassware, and linens. Cable television, pay-per-view, VCRs,
and telephones are in each unit. A large grocery store, City Market,
and several restaurants are within walking distance of the resort.
The 2-bedroom units are 1200 square feet with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath, the second bedroom
has two twin beds. The living room contains a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has
two full baths, each equipped with a tub/shower. This unit also has a fireplace
and deck.
Resort Policies
Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Front desk hours
are from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm and are subject to seasonal variation. Late
check in instructions are posted outside the lobby.
A major credit card is required at check in. Occupancy levels are strictly
enforced. Storage areas are provided for sports equipment such as skis and
and sleds. These items are NOT allowed in the units. RVs, boats, and trailers
must be parked off-site.
Directions to Falcon Point
From Denver, take I-70 west 9 miles past Vail to the Avon/Beaver Creek
exit #167. Veer right on the roundabout and follow Avon Road under I-70
to West Beaver Creek Blvd. (see arrows on map). Veer right onto
West Beaver Creek Blvd. and proceed about two blocks. Turn left on
Benchmark Road, go 150 feet and veer to the right. Falcon Point is a
five story building on your left.
